I don't like showing my piano skills to people. so this is a weird habit of mine but whenever people ask me to play a piece i always choose (purposely) to play something easy. i do have advanced pieces in my repertoire but i just only want to play them when i'm alone and in my own time.. I want to learn how to listen to someone without instantly enforcing my own counter argument maybe for most people this is just a basic courtesy, but i find one of my biggest problems is about listening to criticism or an argument against myself without responding before the case is made..
